Want to get rid of an unwanted Tattoo? Here at Smooth Skin Solutions we offer tattoo removal using the Q switched Nd:YAG Luminette Q device provided by Lynton Lasers. The Luminette Q generates a high powered, extremely short (nanosecond) pulses of laser light which are then absorbed by the tattoo ink particles, breaking them down into smaller pieces. These shattered pieces are then absorbed by the body's immune system, which disperses the ink. A gradual fading of the tattoo occurs over a series of treatments (a minimum of 6 weeks should be left in between these treatments).
